Damaged Products

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the purchased product for any defects or damages.

If an issue is discovered with the garment you have received please notify us through the Contact page under the option "Returns" within 10 days of reception. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide you with a shipping label as well as detailed instructions on where and how to return your order.

To be eligible for return, the garment must be in the same condition as it was delivered, unworn or unused, with the original packaging and hang-tags intact.

If the product you receive does not match the product you have purchased please notify us through the Contact page under the option "Exchanges" within 10 days of reception. Please provide us with your order number and details on the correct item or size.

Once we have received the original product, we will immediately send you the correct item pertaining to your order.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be automatically sent to the original payment method used for purchase.

For exchanges, if the correct item or sizing you purchased has been sold out, a refund will be sent in replacement.
